Online shop www.coffeeproficiency.com is owned by Coffee Proficiency S.C. with the headquarters in Zielonki, in Krakowskie Przedmieście Street 144B; tax number (NIP): 6772340070 and national business registry number (REGON): 121178968.
All elements of graphic design, text as well as the trademarks of Coffee Proficiency S.C. and all companies which products are offered on the website www.coffeeproficiency.com are proprietary.
- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
- Personal data of customers are processed by Coffee Proficiency S.C. with the headquarters in Zielonki that is, data controller.
- Providing Coffee Proficiency S.C. with customer’s data is voluntary but essential to create an account, use particular electronic services and make a sales agreement.
- The data controller applies proper technical and organisational means to ensure the protection of personal data.
- As a rule, a customer who uses particular functionalities has a right to file a complaint to the competent authority for personal data protection, object, limit the processing of personal data and remove them.
- REGISTRATION AND COMPLETING ORDERS
Online shop www.coffeeproficiency.com holds the sale of products via internet.
Exclusively entrepreneurs and business customers who can be identified with tax number (NIP) and national business registry number (REGON) can be the customers of the online shop.
Coffee Proficiency S.C. doesn’t sell products to the customers within the meaning of article 22(1) of the law of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (consolidated text published in Journal of Laws 2016, Item 380) with reference to the law of 30 May 2014 concerning customer’s rights (consolidated text published in Journal of Laws 2014, Item 827) via online shop.
Only products presented on the website www.coffeeproficiency.com while placing the order can be the subjects of transaction between Coffee Proficiency S.C. and the customer.
Coffee Proficiency S.C. reserves the right to change the prices of products on the website www.coffeeproficiency.com. The change doesn’t apply to the orders in process.
Coffee Proficiency S.C. reserves the right to withdraw particular products from the online shop.
Coffee Proficiency S.C. reserves the right to change the number of products offered in the online shop.
Coffee Proficiency S.C. reserves the right to introduce new products to the online shop.
The content of online shop www.coffeeproficiency.com does not constitute an offer within the meaning of article 543 of the law of 23 April 1964 Civil Code.
Coffee Proficiency S.C. emphasises that all described products and their names are used for their identification and may be the trademarks of particular owners.
Placing an order takes place after the regulations on the website www.coffeeproficiency.com have been read and accepted.
All gaps in the registration form must be filled with proper customer’s data. Only on that condition the processing of order can be started and VAT invoice can be issued. Customer who provides the data automatically declares that they are true. If the data are incomplete, untrustworthy and against the rules, the order will not be processed.
The order starts being processed when:
Customer registered on the website www.coffeeproficiency.com
Customer placed an order
Customer received an email with the order confirmation
The payment for products was received (except for products paid cash on delivery and deferred transfers)
The order is completed when the product is in the storeroom or is being delivered by producers. If the product (or its part) is unavailable, the customer will be informed about it and then s/he will make a decision concerning the order (partial order, prolonged waiting time, cancellation of the whole order).
All orders are received and completed on working days from Monday to Friday. They are looked into until 10 a.m. All orders placed after that time will be viewed on the next working day.
All products are sent in two working days since placing the order. The exceptions are products on special order, which delivery time is prolonged. The products that should be paid for before the delivery will be sent only after the payment is received.
The option of payment DEFERRED TRANSFER is directed to all entrepreneurs and business customers who would like to cooperate with us. The products for companies using this form of payment will be sent after we receive proper documents and the contract about cooperation is signed.
Section PROMOTIONS involves products that are currently offered in lower price or are sold in sets. The number of such discounted products is limited and the completion of orders will be made according to the sequence of confirmed orders until stocks run out. Coffee Proficiency S.C. reserves the right to finish and resume the promotion at any time.
Section NEW involves products that are introduced into the market or shop’s offer for the first time. In some cases, it is possible to negotiate the price of products, especially when they are ordered in great quantities.
VAT invoice is issued to each order.
- DELIVERY AND WAITING TIME
The products are delivered by courier companies we cooperate with. The cost of delivery equals 16 zł (PLN) gross regardless of the amount and weight of products. If the order exceeds 1000 zł (PLN) gross, in words thousand złoty gross, the cost of delivery is covered by Coffee Proficiency S.C. The customer covers the cost of delivery in Poland always when the order is worth less than 1000 zł (PLN) gross. In special cases Coffee Proficiency S.C. may encumber the customer with the cost of storage carried by the courier company. Such a situation may take place, for instance, when the parcel was not received without any reason. We don’t send products abroad! All our products are sent in two working days since placing the order. The exceptions are products on special order which time of delivery is prolonged or temporarily unavailable products.
The products that should be paid for before the delivery will be sent only after the payment is received.
The products for entrepreneurs and business customers who would like to cooperate with us will be sent after we receive proper documents and the contract about cooperation is signed.
Delivery time involves: time for completing the order (preparation of products to be sent) and delivery time needed by a courier.
If waiting time is about to be prolonged, the customer will be informed about it via mail or phone.
Coffee Proficiency S.C. is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company.
All prices are expressed in Polish zloty and are NET prices (they don’t include VAT tax).
The forms of payment we accept are:
Prepayment on bank account
Cash/card on delivery
Deferred transfer, after signing a proper contract
- RETURNS, CHANGES IN ORDERS, COMPLAINTS, GUARANTEE
Any changes in the order can be made by the customer until VAT invoice is issued.
Returned products are sent at Coffee Proficiency S.C.’s expense. In all other cases the return is made at the customer’s expense. The returns of products that haven’t been agreed on before are not received.
Customer has a right to complain in three days since receiving the products if they are damaged or incompatible with the sales agreement. The complaints should be send at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The form and time of handling the complaint depend on the kind of product, its defaults and availability in the storeroom or at the producer’s.
If there are any mechanical defects caused in transportation, the complaint will be handled only when complaint report was signed in the presence of courier.
If there is any suspicion that the parcel is damaged (crashed box, leak etc.), the customer has a right and should check the received products in the presence of courier. Next, if the damage is confirmed, the courier is obliged to write a damage report.
Courier is obliged to wait for ten minutes for the Customer to collect the parcel. Each started five extra minutes of waiting may result in additional costs.
Please do not complain to the courier company about things concerning our inner procedures (amount, products’ quality, proper order etc.)
All products sold in our online shop have the producers’ guarantee. As far as the service of equipment bought in our shop is concerned, the customer should contact its producer directly.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
Coffee Proficiency S.C. reserves the right to stop the functioning of online shop and the delivery of products temporarily due to administrative and maintenance works.
The looks of products in the pictures may vary from the real looks of products.
Coffee Proficiency S.C. informs that online shop www.coffeeproficiency.com may include technical and content mistakes, which will be verified immediately after their find.
All information concerning parameters, properties and specifications of products come from materials that were published, announced or received from its producers. Consequently, Coffee Proficiency S.C. is not responsible for their correctness, reliability and accuracy, and reserves the right to possible mistakes connected to that.
In cases not regulated by the aforementioned rules provisions of Civil Code shall be applied.
Reading the regulations equals acceptance of their content.
Coffee Proficiency S.C. reserves the right to introduce changes into the regulations without any reason or previous information, but the alteration is in effect only after it appears on www.coffeeproficiency.com
Any disputes resulting from the interpretation of the regulations or order completion shall be settled by proper district court in accordance with rules that are currently in force.
