Terroir: The most frequently sensed coffee aromas from Honduras are marzipan, molasses, burnt almonds, hazelnuts, other characteristic things are the sweetness of unrefined sugar and caramel and delicate acidity of mature cherries. Subtle aromas of apples, pears and apricots also can be sensed.
